Reporting a Content Error
If you spot something wrong in the curriculum - a typo, a missing word in a story, a mismatched activity, or an assessment question that looks incorrect - report it so the Curriculum team can fix it. Your reports are how content problems get caught and corrected.
How to Report It
Use the I Found an Error form, or reach out to your Braintrust team. Either way, include enough detail to find the problem fast:
- The lesson number.
- The activity or step where the problem is.
- A clear description of what’s wrong, with a screenshot if you can.
The report goes to the Curriculum team, who review and correct it. You’ll hear back once it’s fixed or if they need more detail.
What to Do in the Moment
If the error affects a Session in progress, adapt so instruction keeps moving - for example, read a question aloud or have students work it on paper - while the fix is on its way. If a practice link or resource is missing entirely, reach out to your Braintrust team; they can often share a direct link or a substitute in the meantime.
