How Students Get Assigned to You
Students appear in your Assigned Students list once they’ve been linked to you. Assignment is always scoped to a Program - you’re assigned students who are enrolled in a Program you tutor. Assignment is handled on the Braintrust and school side, so students appear in your list once they’re linked to you.
Only Current Students Show by Default
Your Assigned Students list defaults to students enrolled in Pre-Launch or Active Programs - the ones you’re currently working with or about to start. Students from Programs that have finished are hidden from the default view so old engagements don’t clutter your list.
Seeing Past Students
When you need a student from a finished Program, use the Show Past Students toggle to bring archived students back into view. Turn it off again to return to just your current students.
If a Student Is Missing
If you expect a student who isn’t in your list, they may not be assigned to you yet, or they may not be in a Program you tutor. Reach out to your Braintrust team to get it sorted.
