The Weekly Progress Report

The Weekly Progress Report is the running record of a group’s week. It brings attendance, your observations, skill mastery, and the week’s sessions into one place, so it’s the report to reach for when you want the full picture of how a group did over a given week.

What the Report Pulls Together

  • Attendance - recorded per student, per session, from the statuses you set when you wrap up each Session. See Tracking Attendance.
  • Strengths and challenges - the observations you record for each student in the Strengths & Challenges modal. See Adding Observations After a Session.
  • Notes - the notes you add alongside observations to document progress.
  • Skill mastery - each student’s overall mastery, giving a read on cumulative progress.
  • The week’s sessions - the group’s schedule and a calendar view of every Session that week, each showing its agenda and status.

Adding Resources

You can upload additional resources to the report to support instruction - supplemental materials tied to that week’s activity.

Where Skill Mastery Comes From

Skill mastery updates from activity work during lessons, not from assessment scores. Skills are classified as Mastered, Progressing, or Area of Need as a student works through activities.
